The Michigan Animal Rescue League, also known as MARL, was established in 1953. MARL is a nonprofit group that aims to provide the highest quality of life to cats and dogs through rescue, medical care, sanctuary, adoption, and education. MARL takes in over 1,000 animals from around Southeastern Michigan each year. These animals were either strays, surrendered by their owners, or rescued from cruel environments. MARL's exceptional staff gives each animal as much love and care as they need in order to thrive.
MARL is currently working on constructing a new building in order to provide more effective care for the animals, so any support is much appreciated!
